MrBeast is seeking a Director of Insights in New York to architect our audience narrative and position the brand as the definitive voice in creator-led marketing. You will translate first-party signals into compelling pitches for Sales and partner with executives to shape research-driven strategies.

You will author category perspectives, host MrBeast-branded webinars, and represent the company at major events, while drafting study protocols and building decks for pitches that win partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in media research thought leadership, brand marketing strategy, industry analysis, or executive-level insights at a publisher, platform, agency, or research firm.
• A substantive published body of work including original studies, category perspectives, or research publications.
• Strong stage presence with experience delivering keynotes or moderating panels at industry events.
• Fluency across Google Analytics, Nielsen, Comscore, and MRI-Simmons from a research synthesis and storytelling perspective.
• Proven ability to combine first-party and third-party data sources into coherent commercial narratives.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and citation-verification skills.
• Willingness to remain hands-on and complete detailed work to move studies/pitches to finish line.

Responsabilités

• Spearhead proprietary research and package first-party audience signals to deliver high-impact commercial narratives for Sales.
• Publish category-defining perspectives across priority verticals, serving as strategic sales tools and key press opportunities.
• Represent MrBeast on major industry stages, webinars, and executive roundtables to showcase thought leadership.
• Partner with VPs and Account Directors to develop bespoke research angles for high-stakes pitches.
• Maintain hands-on approach to crafting protocols, verifying citations, editing reports, and designing pitch-ready decks.
• Host regular MrBeast-branded webinars and briefings for agency partners and brand-side leaders.
• Draft, edit, verify citations, develop study protocols, and build presentation decks for research projects.
