CVS Health's Signify Health Strategy & Innovation team seeks a Principal Decision Scientist to design and run causal inference studies, sizing analyses, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience in Decision Science, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or related field.
Expert SQL and strong Python skills with large datasets.
Strong applied statistics and advanced analytics expertise.
Experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
Healthcare/payer data expertise with healthcare datasets.

Responsibilities

Lead deep statistical studies to prove member outcomes and quantify impact.
Perform analytic sizing for new growth opportunities and collaborations.
Champion analytics best practices, version control, and reproducible pipelines.
Present analyses to executive leadership and influence strategy.
Collaborate with data professionals to standardize data models and quality controls.
