Qualifications

• 10+ years in Decision Science or related field with ownership of complex problems.
• Expert SQL and Python, able to work with large datasets and perform statistical analysis.
• Strong statistics, regression, experimental design, and causal inference experience.
• Proven ability to measure impact of programs and communicate with senior leaders.
• Healthcare/payer data expertise and familiarity with CMS risk adjustment preferred.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data engineering basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead causal inference studies and sizing analyses for strategic recommendations.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and partner with leaders.
• Collaborate across Signify/ CVS Health to standardize data models, pipelines, and best practices.
• Present analyses to CVS Health ELT and executives, influencing decisions.
