Qualifications

• 10+ years in Decision Science or related field.
• Expert SQL and Python with large datasets.
• Strong statistics, AB testing, predictive modeling.
• Experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
• Healthcare/payer data experience.
• Executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain causal inference studies quantifying member-level outcomes.
• Conduct product and partnership sizings using internal and public data.
• Champion analytics best practices and code review.
• Present analysis to CVS Health ELT and leadership.
