Job summary

High Roller Technologies is expanding into regulated prediction markets in the US and seeks a Senior Analyst, Strategy to drive commercial analytics and strategic insights. You will work with Strategy, Marketing, Product, Design, Finance and Data & Analytics to turn data into actionable recommendations.

The role covers revenue drivers, customer behaviour, market opportunities and BI development, with hands-on analytics, reporting and forecasting support for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy, commercial analytics, revenue analytics or FP&A.
• Strong SQL and Python for analysis, automation and modelling.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and large transactional datasets.
• Experience measuring promotions or marketing performance (ROI, incrementality).
• Familiar with A/B testing, significance and cohort analysis.
• Build financial models and business cases in Excel.
• Able to connect data to revenue, cost and customer outcomes.
• Translate loosely defined questions into clear analytical approaches.

Responsibilities

• Analyse promotions, bonuses, rebates and incentives including ROI and incrementality.
• Partner with Marketing/Product to define metrics and post-campaign analysis.
• Analyse revenue drivers: trading volume, contracts traded, fee yield and segments.
• Forecast, budget and build business cases for finance alignment.
• Conduct customer and cohort analyses across acquisition, activation and retention.
• Analyse user behaviour, funnels and engagement to improve experience.
• Define success metrics for new features and evaluate post-launch.
• Design and analyse A/B tests with clear recommendations.
• Research emerging markets and opportunities, including market sizing and regulatory aspects.
• Build financial models for new products and partnerships.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and datasets; write/optimise SQL.
• Identify data quality issues and drive fixes with teams.
• Turn recurring requests into self-service reporting; present findings to leadership.
