Job summary

bet365, a leading online gambling company, seeks an experienced Growth and Revenue analyst to drive growth across the Americas Sportsbook and Casino products from Denver. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics and Operations to design experiments, optimize on-site merchandising and shape product roadmap decisions.

The role carries heavy ownership of commercial initiatives, requiring rigorous data analysis (SQL) and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; MBA preferred.
Extensive experience in strategy, operations, growth or commercial analytics within technology, gambling or related commercial environment.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong knowledge of experimental design and running controlled tests to inform decisions.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI or Looker).
Knowledge of R or similar analytical language desirable.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex initiatives across functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain analysis across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop a disciplined experimentation program with Product, Marketing and Analytics; define hypotheses, measurement plans and success criteria to improve conversion and engagement.
Improve onsite merchandising across Sportsbook and Casino using performance data to prioritize content and automate opportunities.
Represent Growth and Revenue in product planning and prioritization across the Americas; build commercial cases for new features and align stakeholders.
