Qualtrics seeks a Principal Analyst II Revenue Strategy & Operations to optimize North America revenue and drive high-potential growth by aligning data, processes, and people across Sales, Finance, and Marketing. You’ll lead forecasting rigor, GTM planning, and strategic initiatives with senior leadership, delivering measurable results and enhanced operational discipline.

Qualificações

8+ years in Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, or Consulting.
Focus on forecasting, GTM execution, and incentive plans.
Experience partnering with senior sales leaders.

Responsabilidades

Serve as trusted advisor to Sales leadership and shape go-to-market strategy.
Drive forecasting rigor across deals, including large, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
Monitor named-account pipeline and progress; collaborate with leaders to close gaps.
Own annual and quarterly GTM planning, quota setting, and strategic territory design.
Partner with Deal Desk and Legal on negotiation strategy for large opportunities.
Drive adoption of tools, processes, and operating rhythms from frontline to senior leadership.
Build cross-functional relationships with Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Ecosystem teams.
