Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor to drive commercial transformation for leading CPG clients. You will partner with senior executives to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies, blending business consulting, analytics, and AI-driven tech to optimize pricing, trade promotions, and revenue growth.

You will guide engagements across international teams, design training programs, and develop long-term value roadmaps that deliver tangible commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic advisory experience with senior executives.
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM).
• Strong ability to translate challenges into actionable strategies and solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory engagements with major CPG clients and senior stakeholders.
• Identify commercial objectives across RGM/TPM, pricing, promotions, and assortment optimization.
• Translate priorities into platform requirements and actionable implementations.
• Design client training using market data to enable tool adoption.
• Develop value-creation roadmaps and quantify commercial impact.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to methodology development.
