LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Sr Manager, Growth AI Transformation to lead a global AI-driven growth agenda for a major snacking brand. Based in Chicago or willing to relocate, you will bridge business strategy and technical execution without building models or code, coordinating across marketing, sales, and insights teams.

You will partner with Global Head AI Transformation to uncover opportunities, secure funding, and drive adoption across regions and markets, delivering measurable

Qualifications

CPG / FMCG background with commercial function experience.
8+ years in commercial strategy, product strategy, or digital/AI transformation roles.
Proven experience growing a portfolio of advanced analytical products with ROI delivery.
Strong business case authorship and ability to pitch to senior leaders.
Experience managing and partnering with external agencies or technology partners.

Responsibilities

Lead AI opportunity scanning and industry intelligence to identify high-value AI use cases for Marketing, Sales and Insights.
Develop business cases for AI initiatives with Digital, ODDA, Finance & Analytics to source funding and measure ROI.
Oversee agile delivery with external partners, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and clear accountability.
Scale validated AI initiatives across regions, shaping governance and change enablement.
Drive adoption by coordinating training and communications to ensure users embrace the new capabilities.
