Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to develop proactive sourcing strategies and manage leadership development programs in Summit, IL. You will coordinate internships, build strong manager partnerships, and drive diverse candidate pipelines across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus three years in staffing/recruiting/selection.
• Proficient search skills and ability to screen active candidates for exempt/non-exempt roles.
• Sourcing via social media and diverse channels to identify quality candidates.
• Strong internet search skills; knowledge of employment laws and equal opportunity.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and some ATS experience; mindful of privacy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver candidate pools through aggressive sourcing channels and referrals.
• Manage internship program including screening materials and orientation planning.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Develop and manage robust recruiting plans; stay current on pay and benefits.
• Lead special projects such as new database searches and focus groups.
• Place graduates from leadership development programs into entry-level roles.
