Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field plus staffing/recruiting experience.
• Proven sourcing skills across social media, referrals, job boards and events.
• Knowledge of HR regulation and compliance and generic recruiting processes.
• Proficient with ATS and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines using diverse sourcing strategies.
• Engage active and passive candidates through campaigns on career and social channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and plan sourcing.
• Design and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Analyze recruitment data and advise on events, advertising, costs and resources.
• Manage advertising for cost effectiveness across media and formats.
• Participate in job fairs and assess candidates to identify qualified hires.
• Lead projects to attract a diverse candidate pool.
• Educate managers on recruitment concepts, systems and processes.
• Provide guidance and training to temporary staff on recruiting tasks.
• Screen resumes, pre-screen candidates and assist in selection.
