Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus three (3) years of staffing/recruiting/selection experience.
• Demonstrated search skills and expertise in screening active candidates.
• Proficient sourcing across channels including social media and job boards.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and equal opportunity regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver candidate pools through aggressive sourcing channels and referrals.
• Manage internship program sourcing, screening, and orientation materials.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their requirements.
• Develop and execute robust recruiting plans to attract diverse candidates.
• Oversee special projects and mentor Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and guide selection processes.
