Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a recruiter who will build talent pipelines using varied sourcing methods such as social media, referrals, and job boards.

You will engage both active and passive candidates through targeted recruitment campaigns and partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing plans. The role requires strong HR knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to design effective sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with two years staffing/recruiting/selection experience
• Demonstrated sourcing skills across social media, referrals, job boards
• Knowledge of human resources laws/regulations and compliance
• Experience with common sourcing tools and ATS
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines using diverse sourcing methods (online and offline)
• Engage active and passive candidates through recruitment campaigns
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and plan sourcing
• Design and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Analyze recruitment data and advise on costs, events, and resources
• Manage advertising to maximize reach and cost efficiency
• Participate in job fairs and assess diverse candidates
• Educate managers on recruitment processes and systems
• Provide guidance and training to temporary employment representatives
• Screen resumes and support candidate assessment and selection
