Connexity in Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end recruitment for the organization. You will partner with the Director, Global TA to shape hiring strategies, benchmark compensation, and build customized plans for key roles across functions.

You will leverage AI tools, proactive sourcing, and structured interviewing to attract top talent while maintaining an inclusive candidate experience in a hybrid environment.

Competenze

• 10+ years in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in-house within tech or digital media.
• Experience recruiting across technical and business functions.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social media.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Mansioni

• Advise on market conditions, compensation benchmarking and recruiting plans.
• Stay current on TA trends and drive tool/workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft descriptions.
• Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Set hiring goals with the Director, TA and monitor metrics like time-to-fill.
• Maintain ATS records and report key recruiting metrics.
• Source creatively across channels, building proactive pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools and new methods to improve efficiency and reach.
• Coordinate structured interviews and ensure fair evaluation.
• Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Partner with HR on inclusive candidate and employee experiences.
