Job summary

Conexus is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join its People team in Santa Monica. The role covers full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and broader HR initiatives, with a focus on delivering a top-tier candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will manage searches across corporate roles, partner with external agencies, assess talent with strong judgment, and drive multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. Internship program coordination and process improvements are also included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or related People function.
• Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting in corporate or agency settings.
• Experience partnering with external agencies/search firms.
• Polished, professional, service-oriented communication style.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate roles from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with Recruiting Manager and hiring leaders to define role requirements and keep searches moving.
• Screen and interview candidates, evaluating experience, motivation, communication, and alignment.
• Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain ATS with accurate, organized applicant data.
• Collaborate with external staffing agencies and executive search firms for search outcomes.
• Support job postings, pipeline management, candidate tracking, and recruiting administration.
• Assist with compensation benchmarking and candidate leveling using market data.
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding logistics.
• Support the company’s internship program recruitment and onboarding.
• Assist with broader HR initiatives and People Operations support.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and standardize Talent/HR processes, including GenAI tools.
