Job summary

Reformation in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level corporate roles across Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Supply Chain. The role includes intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through offer, plus building a pipeline from retail stores into corporate roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support.
• 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for entry-level or high-volume roles.
• Hands-on ATS experience; Greenhouse highly preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
• Exceptional calendar management skills in Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing workplace.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level corporate roles across departments (Merchandising, Ecommerce, Supply Chain).
• Support internal mobility by building a pipeline from stores into corporate roles.
• Own interview scheduling end to end, including multi-panel loops and room bookings.
• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and provide timely updates.
• Support hiring managers with prep materials and candidate packets; follow up on Greenhouse scorecards.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate candidate travel, events, and gifts.
• Post roles and monitor listings for accuracy and responsiveness.
• Partner with agency recruiters and route invoices.
• Manage offer letters and onboarding handoff.
• Serve as Greenhouse ATS administrator and manage templates, permissions, and data accuracy.
• Build recruiting reports for TA team and leadership.
• Handle additional talent acquisition related projects.
