Job summary

ABM Industries in Atlanta seeks a Senior Manager of Supplier Relationship Management & Operations to lead onboarding, enablement, CLM, and supplier lifecycle for 8,000+ vendors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7-10+ years in procurement operations, supplier relationship management, or related fields.
• 3-5+ years of people leadership with cross-functional accountability.
• Experience leading high-volume enterprise operations with competing priorities and SLAs.
• Experience with Coupa or a similar procurement platform; Coupa SIM, CSP, catalogs, supplier master data, integrations.
• Experience implementing or administering a CLM solution with lifecycle maintenance.
• Strong leadership and ability to translate strategy into execution with measurable results.
• Knowledge of supplier lifecycle management, onboarding, enablement, master data, and supplier experience.
• Ability to use KPIs and data to manage capacity, workload, SLA, backlog, and risk.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Power BI; familiarity with OCF and MDM preferred.
• Ability to drive automation/AI/self-service and maintain business continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supplier Onboarding and Enablement with end-to-end accountability for lifecycle operations and service delivery.
• Oversee onboarding, maintenance, reactivation, deactivation, and profile changes through Coupa SIM and related systems.
• Govern Enablement activities including CSP adoption, supplier communications, and enablement support.
• Manage workload, staffing, capacity, cross-training, SLAs, escalation paths, and team performance.
• Oversee catalog governance and PunchOut enablement in partnership with suppliers, Category Management, and Technology.
• Partner with MDM and Technology to resolve integration failures; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead supplier support channels including ServiceNow, supplier mailbox inquiries, and Supplier Town Halls.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for cycle time, SIM processing, ticket volume/aging, backlog, SLA performance, and data quality.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex supplier, system, and relationship issues; coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Develop team capability, process standardization, automation, self-service, and risk mitigation.
• Lead CLM implementation, including requirements, design, testing, training, adoption, and steady-state operations.
• Manage CLM repository and lifecycle: loading contracts, metadata, renewals, expirations, and updates with stakeholders.
• Provide supervisory leadership across onboarding and enablement resources; manage performance and capacity planning.
• Own high-volume supplier intake, ServiceNow support, integration issue resolution, and supplier-facing support.
• Ensure SLAs, cycle times, backlog, and quality; maintain business continuity and continuous improvement.
