Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps BOE team in Nashville. The role drives supplier lifecycle, category management, and contract management for fleetwide services across data centers.

Responsibilities include enabling sourcing, managing audits, overseeing invoicing and procurement processes, and acting as the main contact for supplier engagements. Strong cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations or service-focused business models supporting clients.
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations or Data Centers.
• Proven ability to manage external stakeholders/clients effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or similar tools.
• Understanding of global services-based sourcing and procurement.
• Experience collaborating within multi-dimensional matrix teams.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on time-sensitive projects.
• Knowledge of sourcing for manpower services in data centers or similar fields.
• Experience overseeing third-party services.
• Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle.
• Create and enable business review frameworks and audits for supplier performance and compliance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Advise on Purchase Request to Purchase Order processes.
• Serve as program manager for matrix teams and drive complex problem solving.
• Develop scalable programmatic solutions for end-to-end supplier management.
• Act as main contact for supplier engagement initiatives at fleet level.
• Oversee contract and supplier management for fleetwide services.
• Identify and reduce duplicative efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Navigate invoicing complexities and ensure issue resolution.
• Write and implement standards to improve data center operations efficiency.
• Monitor standards adherence and drive continuous improvements.
