Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps BOE team, driving supplier lifecycle, category management, audits, and contract oversight for fleetwide services across data centers.

The role partners with Sourcing, Operations, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering to optimize procurement, invoicing, and PR-to-PO workflows while delivering scalable programmatic solutions and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an operations or service-focused business model.
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations, or Data Centers.
• Experience with external stakeholders/clients.
• Strong analytical skills and data handling in Excel or similar tools.
• Understanding of global sourcing, procurement and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle.
• Create and enable business review framework and audits for supplier performance and compliance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Advise on the Purchase Request to Purchase Order process.
• Lead matrix teams and drive complex problem-solving activities.
• Develop scalable programmatic solutions for end-to-end supplier management for Facility Operations.
• Be the main contact for supplier engagement initiatives at fleet level.
• Manage contract and supplier management for centrally governed fleetwide services.
• Identify duplicative efforts in supplier strategy and reduce inefficiencies.
• Oversee invoicing and resolve invoicing issues.
• Support data center sites with vendor-related operations issues.
• Write and implement standards for data center operations.
• Monitor adherence to standards and drive improvements.
• Create implementation, compliance, and communication plans.
