Job summary

ABM is seeking a Senior Manager, Supplier Relationship Management & Operations in Atlanta to lead onboarding and enablement of suppliers and manage the supplier lifecycle from start to sustainment.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership across Coupa SIM, supplier master data, catalogs, supplier support, and related integrations, owning service delivery, SLAs, risk, and continuous improvement in partnership with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supplier onboarding and enablement.
• Strong ability to manage supplier lifecycle and master data.
• Familiarity with procurement systems and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier onboarding and enablement functions.
• Own service delivery, SLAs, and supplier experience.
• Oversee CLM implementation and ongoing administration (contracts, metadata).
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Technology and business stakeholders.
