Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the definition of Services account strategy, align with delivery teams, and drive revenue against financial goals across account portfolios.

The role requires 10+ years in delivery/sales, strong executive presence, and ability to coordinate with global teams. Travel and hybrid work are expected, with a focus on complex, multi-disciplinary projects in electronics, semiconductors, and industrial machinery contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in delivery and selling roles, including 3–5 years with SISW software (PLM and MOM: Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Mendix, Mentor)
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline—or equivalent experience.
• Ability to present to senior leadership, lead business discussions, and manage complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy.
• Proven success in orchestrating proposals with diverse, global teams and managing multiple priorities.
• High ethical standards aligned with Siemens values; organized, detail-oriented, and driven with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of the Professional Services components of the Account Strategy
• Provide input to the Siemens product roadmaps as needed to support the account portfolio
• Develop and deliver industry content at regional groups and conferences in alignment with account portfolio
• Actively build relationships with the internal and external stakeholders specific to each account
• Contribute to the value planning activities with the Sales Account Manager and teams
• Define the customer engagement model and translate into the Statement of Work
• Prepare and review the detailed Statement of Work documentation and obtain acceptance
• Willing to travel to appropriate work locations as required by SISW or customer pursuit/project
• Support the project management team to engage and contract required resources
