Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead Services account strategy and revenue growth across an account portfolio. You will build relationships with Siemens DI Software teams and customer stakeholders while developing financially quantified proposals aligned with business needs.

You will expand Services revenue, provide direction on coverage and capacity, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure project scope, time, budget, and quality are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in delivery and selling roles, including 3–5 years with SISW.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and manage complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy.
• Proven success in orchestrating proposals with global teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Services components of the Account Strategy and revenue goals.
• Develop and deliver industry content and input to roadmaps for the account portfolio.
• Define engagement models and prepare detailed SOWs with time, budget, and quality in mind.
• Coordinate delivery resources and participate in governance reviews (TRBs/MRBs).
• Ensure adherence to Siemens processes and travel as required.
