Job summary

Siemens Software invites a seasoned leader to join as Director of Global Service Delivery, owning end-to-end engineering support across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC for ~17,000 software engineers.

This role drives strategy, operating model, budgets, headcount, and OKRs while ensuring service quality, governance, and continuous improvement across regions. The position offers a flexible base location with hybrid work and incentive compensation based on performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in global infrastructure or service delivery.
• Proven ability to lead multi-regional teams and drive improvements.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and governance experience.
• Excellent communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience with budgets, headcount planning, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global SD strategy aligned with GTI priorities.
• Lead the annual planning cycle for headcount, budget, and OKRs.
• Own end-to-end SLO/SLA framework and governance.
• Manage regional leads and build a high-performing distributed team.
• Collaborate with GOE, architecture, and cross-functional partners to drive improvements.
