Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking a Director, Global Service Delivery to lead end-to-end engineering support across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will define the SD strategy, establish operating models, and drive program delivery with a focus on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.

You will manage budgets, headcount, and OKRs, while coordinating with GOE and GTI leadership. This is a global, senior leadership role requiring strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in infrastructure management and service delivery.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-regional teams.
• Strong ITIL/IT governance and budgeting experience.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CMDB, asset mgmt, and SDLC readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global SD strategy aligned with GTI priorities.
• Set vision and operating model for SD across Americas, EMEA, APAC.
• Lead annual headcount, budget, initiatives, and OKRs for SD.
• Own end-to-end SLO/SLA framework; ensure targets are met.
• Direct three regional SD leads and develop leadership across regions.
• Report operational results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
