Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC, a leading payments innovator, seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic programs and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across technology-intensive products. You will partner with cross-functional teams and mentor PMO staff, applying Agile and Waterfall SDLC practices to achieve business goals and program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management and/or Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of program/project management experience in matrixed environments.
• Experience in product launch or large-scale technical coordination.
• Strong relationship building and teamwork leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Proactive in identifying and driving process improvements across the organization.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and SDLC tools.

Responsibilities

• Drives and manages the execution of technology-intensive products, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Monitors execution performance, identifies issues, and leads teams to implement solutions.
• Establishes best practices, templates, policies, and tools to improve effectiveness.
• Leads a high-performance PMO team delivering milestones and outcomes.
• Owns program communications with executive leadership and cross-functional leads.
• Manages interrelated workstreams, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
