Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager, Business Management 2 in the Strategic Mission Command and Control (SMC2) unit. The role oversees financials for the business area and leads a team of program control analysts across programs, with Huntsville, AL as a key location.

Responsibilities include forecasting, LRSP and AOP preparation, pricing support, compliance with EVMS and DoD contracts, EAC analysis, and risk management, while collaborating with senior management to shape strategy and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or program control with relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing proposals/evaluations and contracts.
• Active DoW Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of financials for the business area and team of program control analysts.
• Forcasting, LRSP/AOP development, and variance analysis for senior management.
• Support pricing, proposals, and contract documents; EVMS compliance and controls.
• Develop EACs, risk/opportunity analyses, and cost accounting strategies.
