Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Business Management 2 in the SMC2 unit. The role can be based in Redondo Beach, CA, Woodland Hills, CA or Huntsville, AL.

You will lead financials for the business area, oversee program control analysts, drive forecasting, budgeting, and LC/AC analysis, and support pricing and proposals. The position requires a 7+ year background in finance or program control, DoW Secret clearance, and strong knowledge of EVMS, SAP/S4, and cost accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 7+ years of finance, accounting, or control experience.
• People leadership experience and the ability to guide a team of analysts.
• Experience in proposals, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies.
• Able to obtain and maintain DoW Secret clearance and strong EVMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financials for the business area and partner with the area manager.
• Lead a team of program control analysts across programs and efforts.
• Manage forecasting, work authorization, budgets, and EAC development.
• Develop LRSP and AOP materials for senior management review.
• Support pricing, proposals, RFP reviews, and contract documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
