Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Manager 1 in Sunnyvale, CA, with a hybrid work setup and a 9/80 schedule. The role supports Launcher Operating Unit business management activities and reports to the Launcher OU Business Manager.

The position involves cost estimation, financial data presentation, GAAP-based reporting, and collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure contract performance and successful program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional industry related experience OR Master’s degree with 3 years.
• 9 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirement.
• Experience in a Program Control Environment with cost control and schedule monitoring.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in pricing and proposal activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team/management.
• Current, active DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Program resource management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis.
• Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecast.
• Compliance and financial reporting in support of AOP and monthly Indicated Finals EVMS with COBRA reporting.
• Comprehensive CEAC preparation and review.
• Assistance with contract negotiations.
• Support of pricing and proposal activities.
• Review of contractual documents, including TTOs, Subcontractor invoicing and funding.
• On-going collaboration with the customer and functional teams.
• Management and development of Program Control Analyst staff.
