Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Production Manager to join the Studio Operations group. You will partner with development teams and executives to drive alignment, improve operational consistency, and translate strategy into effective execution across multiple game studios.

This role requires navigating complex, fast-paced environments and scaling best practices in production, program management, and operations.

Qualifications

Partner with studios to understand production challenges, risks, and opportunities.

Collaborate with production, product, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
