Justworks, Inc. is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to drive strategic HR partnerships across client groups in a fast‑growing, matrixed environment. You will align People strategies with business goals to build high‑performing teams and foster an inclusive culture.

The role emphasizes workforce planning, change management, and leadership development. You will partner with the People team CoEs to attract, engage, and retain talent while advancing DEIB initiatives.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in HR/HRBP or equivalent
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and influence organizational strategy
• Experience leveraging AI and modern HR technologies to optimize processes
• Proven success in a high-growth, matrixed organization
• Strong analytical and operational thinking with data-driven insights
• Commitment to DEIB and inclusive talent practices
• Ability to coach across all levels of the organization

Mansioni

• Act as a strategic HR partner to client group leadership and translate business goals into People strategies
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design, including impact of emerging tech and AI
• Coach leaders on talent decisions, succession, change management and leadership effectiveness
• Utilize data to identify trends and recommend actions to improve organizational performance
• Lead cross-functional talent initiatives and drive performance management
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver talent, total rewards, and development programs
• Support employee relations with empathy and expertise
• Collaborate across departments to drive cross-functional people initiatives
