Justworks is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to bridge marketing with Alliances and Integrations, shaping partnerships and developer ecosystems. You’ll drive brand positioning, contract alignment, and cross-functional delivery with executives and marketing operations.

You’ll own two core areas: Alliance Partnerships and Technology Integrations, delivering co-marketing programs, partner campaigns, and a strong marketing strategy to attract partners and developers to our platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B/SaaS environments, with proven success in alliance marketing, partner programs, developer ecosystems, or integration strategies.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and the ability to bridge silos naturally.
• Strong stakeholder management across Alliances, Integrations, Marketing, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Alliances: identify marketing requirements early, set contract terms, maintain co-branding standards, oversee presence on partner surfaces, coordinate GTM.
• Integrations: attract technology partners and developers, design co-marketing programs, manage assets (docs, case studies, webinars) for partner success.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships, and sales to align on roadmap priorities and integration marketing lifecycle.
