Job summary

Nexxen in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to support the Senior Director in building and nurturing strategic partnerships across a portfolio of solutions. You will help ensure Nexxen offers innovative partner-powered products to customers.

You will identify and broker deals, negotiate terms, manage existing partnerships, and coordinate with Legal to redline agreements. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to align

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years of AdTech / Media experience focused on business development and strategic partnerships.
• Experience developing, negotiating, and signing strategic deals with diverse partnership structures.
• Strong ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders and manage complex relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and engaging with potential partners to broker deals that align with client & product objectives.
• Negotiating and executing deals with strategic partnerships structures.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to restructure partnership deals to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.
• Work closely with partners and Legal to redline agreements and facilitate the contracting process.
• Negotiate and execute legal agreements with key partners including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and renewals.
• Work cross-functionally across business development, product, partner operations, finance, sales, and other areas of the organization to develop and execute business strategy.
• Conduct ROI modeling to drive internal alignment and progress successful negotiations.
