Job summary

Nexxen is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to build and nurture strategic partnerships across our solutions, ensuring partner-powered products for customers. You will identify partners, negotiate deals, and work with cross-functional teams to drive strategy and ROI.

Ideal candidates bring a BA/BS and 5+ years in AdTech/Media business development, with a proven track record in signing strategic deals and managing complex partnerships.

Qualifications

BA/BS in business or related field.
5+ years in AdTech/Media business development.
Experience structuring strategic partnerships.
Proven deal negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential partners to broker deals aligned with client goals.
Negotiate and execute deals with strategic partnership structures.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners to restructure deals.
Coordinate with Legal to redline agreements and facilitate contracting.
Negotiate and execute MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and renewals.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute business strategy.
Conduct ROI modeling to drive internal alignment and progress negotiations.
