You will coordinate with product, sales and engineering teams, influence senior leaders, and translate market insights into actionable plans. You will help shape partner strategies, oversee quarterly milestone reviews, and ensure partnerships align with production-ready opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Run quarterly milestone reviews for each assigned partner against defined goals.
• Surface operational patterns to program leadership and escalate blockers.
• Recommend team composition adjustments based on partner performance data.
• Validate opportunities meet initiative criteria including path to production.
• Partner with AWS field teams to embed agentic-led as a core motion in customer engagements.
• Resolve engagement-level blockers across AWS and partner teams.
• Drive a unified partner approach by coordinating across multiple teams without extra overhead.
