Job summary

Zillow is seeking a Senior Strategic GTM Program Manager to lead high-priority cross-functional programs within the Agent Go-to-Market organization. The role requires bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and driving initiatives from framing through delivery to keep momentum.

Work closely with senior leadership and partners to execute top initiatives, building operating rigor that scales the GTM function.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, sales operations, or management consulting.
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and drive initiatives from framing to delivery.
Experience aligning senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Strong communication across levels and functions.
Comfort with data and ability to pull/interpret from Salesforce and SQL sources.

Responsibilities

Own complex cross-functional programs end to end, from problem framing through delivery.
Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Preferred to keep work on track.
Build and maintain clear objectives, milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies.
Communicate program status and blockers with clarity to all levels.
Run working sessions and stakeholder reviews to drive decisions.
Develop and document GTM operating norms and repeatable processes.
