Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Principal Sales Strategy Business Partner to lead analytical, operational, and strategic work for the GTM Strategy & Operations team. This role drives performance across portfolios, translating ambiguous challenges into actionable frameworks and decisions.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to diagnose problems, allocate resources, and pursue growth, combining rigor with the credibility to implement outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Ops, GTM Strategy, or consulting.
• Proven ability to translate data into executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong relationships with senior Sales leaders and influence without authority.
• Expertise in SQL/Excel modeling and data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary thought partner to Sales segment leaders on performance and growth.
• Run the Weekly Business Review cadence and forecast accuracy.
• Design and evaluate sales plays with Sales/CSM leadership.
• Set analytical standards and elevate insights across GTM Strategy.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional operational improvements.
• Turn data into decisions and model territory design and headcount.
