Job summary

Uber Freight in Franklin, TN seeks a Lead Strategic Customer Success Partner to drive client retention and satisfaction. You will manage a portfolio of $2M+ net revenue, design cross-sell opportunities, and lead with CE best practices while partnering with operations to meet strategic initiatives.

You will own MBR/QBR design, present to Senior Leadership, guide contract negotiations and budgeting, and independently lead complex decks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading customer-centric transportation solutions
• Experience managing shipper/carrier relationships and high-level service issue resolution
• Experience with financial responsibilities (cost savings, net revenue, P&L) for a managed book of business
• Experience presenting to and influencing Senior Leadership
• Ability to articulate complex ideas and back strategic recommendations with data
