Uber Freight seeks a Lead Strategic Customer Success Partner to drive performance, retention, and growth for large enterprise accounts within its Transportation Management business.

The role serves as a strategic advisor, optimizing supply chain performance, identifying cost savings, and improving efficiency. You will own account strategy, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or related field.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts and presenting insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive retention and growth.
• Lead customer business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) and executive presentations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and account expansion.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver outcomes.
• Manage escalations and resolve complex customer issues.
• Support contract renewals and commercial discussions as needed.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Align customer goals with Uber Freight capabilities.
