Job summary

Highway in Chattanooga, TN, seeks a Customer Success Manager to lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, optimizing customer applications, driving retention and revenue, and providing ongoing technical guidance.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication with C-level and technical leaders, experience with Salesforce/Intercom/ChurnZero, and the ability to identify upsell opportunities while ensuring platform adoption across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration preferred.
SaaS Customer Success and Account Management experience required, preferably in transportation.
Experience with technical applications and cross-department collaboration to optimize platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage post go-live customer relationship to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Oversee end-to-end onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management on Highway’s platform.
Review configurations to optimize customer experience and platform performance.
Develop and implement a communications strategy to maintain high satisfaction.
Conduct regular customer success reviews and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
