Job summary

TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Senior Compliance Testing Analyst to lead the annual planning and reporting efforts of the CM&T program in Greenville, SC. You will manage testing plans, coordinate plan changes, monitor metrics, and deliver timely management reporting to support leadership decisions.

You will collaborate with Compliance Testing teams and key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, governance, and transparency.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance monitoring and testing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Exercises independent professional judgment in regulatory compliance matters.
• Researches and maintains expertise on banking regulations.
• Acts as subject matter expert for regulations applicable to business partners and provides guidance on compliance.
• Tests business line controls against regulatory requirements and summarizes results for management.
• Supports data analysis, reporting automation, and governance activities of CM&T program.
