TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Senior Compliance Testing Analyst to support the annual planning, testing, and reporting processes within the Compliance Monitoring & Testing program. This role manages testing plans, coordinates plan changes, and produces accurate management reports to support leadership decisions.

The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in the field, and advanced Excel skills along with experience using Power BI, Power Query, Tableau

Qualificações

• Undergrad degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance testing or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data validation.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, and business functions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain testing plans and coordinate plan changes for CM&T program.
• Monitor execution metrics and provide timely management reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance Testing teams and stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance.
• Develop test steps and perform analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist management in presenting findings to senior leadership.
