TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Compliance Testing Manager to lead independent testing engagements from planning through execution in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and a proactive approach to risk-based testing in support of a resilient compliance program.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in compliance testing, audit, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading and executing compliance testing, validation, audit, or monitoring engagements.
• Experience using data analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance testing effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and compliance testing methodologies.
• CRCM certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and oversee independent, risk-based compliance testing engagements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on compliance risks, controls, and processes.
• Lead all phases of testing engagements and coordinate teams.
• Support issue validations and strategic initiatives as needed.
