TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance Testing to lead a team delivering independent testing and validation across the compliance program. You will guide strategy, execution, and development of staff while partnering with senior management to strengthen regulatory controls.

The role requires experience in compliance testing, risk assessment, and cross-functional leadership in a dynamic banking environment. Travel and relocation considerations are minimal.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of compliance or audit, regulatory environment, governance frameworks.
