Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Prior testing, audit or business operations experience in regulatory compliance.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• CRCM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management, regulatory environment and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Executes and manages testing activities to meet timelines and standards.
• Follow-up on findings from testing engagements per standards.
• Conducts analytical research as part of testing initiatives and risk assessment.
• Develops strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Leads testing engagements and provides guidance to team members.
• Escalates issues requiring senior management attention when needed.
• Maintains documentation of research and relevance to regulatory requirements.
