Job summary

TraXtion in Irving, TX is seeking a Strategic Client Success Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, adoption, and long-term growth. You will partner with Product, Technology, Support, and Leadership to align on client needs and drive value.

In this senior role, you’ll coach other CSMs, manage renewals, and prepare Executive Business Reviews, while maintaining a clear understanding of account health and risk across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Client Success or related role.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to drive retention, adoption, and renewal.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Technology, Support, Implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts.
• Monitor account health, usage trends, and renewal status.
• Develop relationships with key client stakeholders and lead executive reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into internal requirements.
• Coach and support other CSMs, managing renewals and risk.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and retention.
