Business Centric Technology in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to own the full lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and growth. This remote-friendly, direct-hire position focuses on multi-year success planning, executive alignment, and cross-functional leadership across time zones.

You will manage executive relationships, drive renewals, and lead discovery, ROI demos, and governance, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 5-7 years in customer engagement, account coordination, sales support, or operations in SaaS/B2B.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
• Able to triage issues, document clearly, and drive resolution.
