Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years analytics experience or Master's with 3+ years.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a consultative analytics partner with stakeholders.
Experience leading analytics lifecycle projects from intake to implementation.
Progressive analytics/BI/informatics experience (pharmacy, sales, or related).
Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting/visualization tools, and analytics methodologies.
Experience communicating insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
