Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3+ years (Master's) or 5+ years (Bachelor's) in analytics or related field.
• Experience serving as a consultative analytics partner with business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead analytics projects through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic priorities and performance.
• Serve as a consultative analytics partner to business leaders, defining problems and recommendations.
• Independently lead analytics engagements from intake through delivery of outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and drivers of performance.
• Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for executives, operations, and technical teams.
• Influence strategic decisions by providing actionable insights.
