Qualifications

• 5+ years analytics experience or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
• Consultative analytics partner, working with business stakeholders to define problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading projects through the full analytics lifecycle from intake to implementation.
• Progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, informatics, pharmacy analytics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting/visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.
• Experience communicating insights to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic priorities and operational performance.
• Serve as a consultative analytics partner to business leaders, helping define problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Independently lead analytics engagements from intake to delivery of business outcomes.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers.
• Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executives and technical teams.
• Influence strategic decisions by providing insights that impact growth and efficiency.
