Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years analytics experience or Master's degree and 3+ years analytics experience.
• Experience serving as consultative analytics partner with business stakeholders to define problems and deliver recommendations.
• Experience leading analytics projects through full lifecycle (intake, discovery, analysis, solution, delivery).
• Progressive experience in analytics, BI, informatics, pharmacy analytics, sales analytics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting/visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic priorities and performance.
• Serve as analytics partner to business leaders, define problems, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Independently lead analytics engagements from intake to delivery of business outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and key performance drivers.
• Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
